My Dear Cory,
Right now, you are still sleeping. I was able to wiggle quietly out of bed this morning and come downstairs without waking you up, for which I am thankful. As you sleep in on your birthday morning I'm sitting here grateful beyond what words I'm able to type to call you my husband and best friend. Everyday, you amaze me by your unwavering kind heart, gentle spirit and unconditional love. When I look at you, I see everything that is good and right with the world. So, while today is a day to celebrate you, I feel as if I am the one who has been given the best gift of all, you, my dear Cory Louis. I love you beyond what language is able to say. Happy Birthday my love.
