10 week ultrasound pics!

Today was our 10 week ultrasound, and boy has Baby Albert grown! Even though they're 10 weeks 2 days old, they measured at 10 weeks 3 days! Heartrate was in the 180's again - everything is looking great. We also got video (using a VHS tape), and apparently most places nowadays will only mail the tape off to transfer it to DVD, which means a 2-3 week wait. We don't have a VCR anymore, so I'll have to figure something out to get it online. :)

We could easily see the head, body, arms and legs. The picture above even shows fingers if you look closely. At first, baby was moving around quite a bit, kicking their legs and moving their arms around. It was such a cool thing to see, and can't wait to share it with everyone.

Afterwards, we went back with our OB, and after about 2-3 minutes, he found the baby's heartbeat with a doppler! That's great news, since we have less than a 3% chance of miscarriage at this point, statistically. Julie's decided that she wants to get a doppler, which would give us some reassurance when we need it.

We've got the Nucal Translucency U/S on Feb 10th, so no more pics until then. Hang in there, Julie - the nausea will pass soon, I'm sure. Love you both, Julie and baby! Thank you all again for your thoughts and prayers!
