What a wonderful day today is - we get to go home! Julie just got her labs back from this morning's blood draw and everything is looking great! Owen graduated from the CCN to the regular nursery late yesterday, so all we have to do is get the okay from Julie's doctor and Owen's doctor, and we're good to go!
I stayed at the hospital with Julie last night and she finally got a good night's sleep, and was napping this morning. Owen is feeding between 35 and 43 mL of formula each feeding, and is doing a great job of keeping it down. Lots of burping when he feeds is helping big time. Circ is doing good, but he's still a bit cranky when we change his diaper.
Grandma Becky came to stay yesterday and help, and we had a few more visitors. Right now, Grandma and Grandpa Albert are on their way to meet Owen... they should be here this afternoon. My mom has been bugging me about grandkids for the longest time, and now that she finally has one we might have to pry her from Owen with a crowbar ;) I'll post some pics of them later tonight. Thanks again to everyone for everything you've done!

HOORAY! Great job with Owen, Mom & Dad! I am sooooo happy for you three. Keep up the great work with Owen...and Julie, make sure you still take it easy because you did have major abdominal surgery! Let Cory and his parents help you out while you continue to heal and get your strength back! Love to you all!
