June Blessings

In June, I was thankful for:

• Spending such meaningful time with Cassi and making plans to start a book club this fall
• Finding out that I'll be an Auntie again in January '09 (maybe we'll share the same b-day)
• The wonderful staff at St. Vincent's Hospital, Carmel ER
• The "rock 'n roll" oldies channel on our TiVo lineup
• Getting new frames and sunglasses...even if they are prescription
• Leslie and Grant getting settled into their new home in Colorado
• My remaining clinical hours finally getting down to double digits
  
• Not living within 465 anymore, loving the open spaces in Westfield
• Kittles finally replacing our damaged dining room table with a proper one
• The lovely smell of our new fabric detergent
• Our quiet running dishwasher
• Learning how to suture, even if it was on chicken bits
• My OB-Gyn, Dr. Richard Gates who goes above and beyond to take care of Cory and I
• Great DVD bargain bin finds - Sense and Sensibility $5 and Pride and Prejudice $9
• Discovering Charlestons, one of our new favorite restaurants
• Finding a practice exam for my WHNP board certification...thanks CeCe!
• Mario Party 8 for the Wii...don't judge until you've played it
• Pepcid AC Complete - chewable tabs...lifesavers, seriously
