Owen's meal time routine

Owen has developed a bit of a meal time preference since his top teeth have come in. He likes to start off by eating this dry, crunch, wafer puff thing - complements of Gma Albert - and it's hysterical to watch him eat it! He loves to crunch off a bit at a time, it dissolves pretty quick in his mouth, but he looks like a little chipmunk, ha!

Here he is with his crispy puff - (don't mind Cory, he's scratching off a NY lotto ticket that his dad sent him for Father's day!)

These puffy wafer things come all the way from Rochester, NY - we don't have them here, so we're doing our best to ration them until we get to NY for the 4th of July.

Last bite before my yummy chicky & apples puree -

We're still working on the texture thing - but for now we're just happy that he's not fighting us like he was just a week ago!
